Requirements:

As one of the fastest growing mid-sized firms in Manhattan, we are known for our extensive support and our very own high-end training system called GZB Elements. From weekly trainings, monthly workshops and GZB strategies, agents are taught from day one to many years in the industry how to rent, sell, work with cold deals, gain exclusive and referrals. We are looking for the right person to support these agents and guide them to success.

We are looking for a Director of Rentals:
Have minimum 3 years of experience in Manhattan Rentals (open listings and exclusives) & Sales market IS A PLUS
Have experience in training new agents
Have maintained relationships with landlords and management
Having managed exclusive listings is also a BONUS
